230849 Ord Sigs Godfrey John Ridgley Royal Navy HMS Royal Arthur My dad, Godfrey John Ridgley, served aboard HMS Royal Arthur from May 15th 1941 until 24th September 1941. He was a Ordinary Signalman. I came across his Navy history whilst sorting out my mother's house and found he went on to serve on Pembroke, Badger, Paris, Europa, Laulia and Mayina, finishing in May 1946 aboard Europa.
