On his 7th mission from Ludford Magna, he was shot(?) down over Germany. All the crew were killed and they are buried in the Rheichswald Forest War Cemetery, Locality Kleve, Noordhein-Westfalen, Germany. The cemetery is 5kms south west of Kleve.
