Ian Duncan was Camp doctor in POW Camp Fukuoka 17 Japan. He is
mentioned in Whitecross's excellent book, "Slaves of the Son of Heaven" which was published in 1951. He is credited with trying to save life of David Runge who was forced to kneel in snow for several days.
