Kenneth Wood was a driver in the 2nd World War with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. He landed on French soil just after D Day on Gold Beach, and his job involved Tank recovery. The only other information I have been able to find was that he was demobbed from the Army, from a base in Germany.
