2nd Battalion, Kings Shropshire Light Infantry    2nd Battalion, Kings Shropshire Light Infantry was in Jamaica and Bermuda when war broke out in 1939. They returned to Britain to join 185th Infantry Brigade, 79th Armoured Division. 185th Brigade transferred to 3rd Division in April 1943.
