Sponsorship and Advertsing

The Wartime Memories Project has been running since the 1st of September 1999, providing a portal for people across the world to research and share the stories of their personal or family involvement in the two world wars, ensuring that such anecdotes are not lost to time.

The organisation is a non-profit group and we are seeking funding to enable to continuation and expansion of the website.

With recent increased interest in family history and the war years, the volume of submissions to the site is far exceeding the capacity of our volunteers. In addition the Wartime Memories Project has a substantial library of photos, documents and audio/video interviews, currently in storage which we would like to make available online.

We are seeking sponsorship in return for advertising on our website. The website receives over 1.2 million hits per month, contains over 3000 pages and continues to grow. Our peak month is November with hits exceeding 2 million.

For further information on our demographics and details of available packages, please get in touch via

The Wartime Memories Project is a non profit organisation run by volunteers.

This website is paid for out of our own pockets, library subscriptions and from donations made by visitors. The popularity of the site means that it is far exceeding available resources.

If you are enjoying the site, please consider making a donation, however small to help with the costs of keeping the site running.
