TimeSlides is a Heritage Lottery Funded Event helping people to discover and share the story of their own family during The Great War 1914- 1918. Please use this form to tell us the story of your family members during the Great War 1914-1918: Family History leaflets are available to help you research your relatives and record your discoveries, please collect one from Bishop Auckland Town Hall or you can download and print the Family History leaflet from this website. When you have discovered the story of your relative, please add their details via the form below. If you have researched more than one person, please complete a separate form for each individual. If you do not have information for a particular field please leave it BLANK, inserting "Not known" or "-" only creates extra work for our volunteers. Please type your stories in full sentences and correct English. DO NOT use all CAPITALS for any words as entries will have to be retyped and this will delay the processing. If you have any photographs, please scan and upload them or bring them along to Bishop Auckland Town Hall where staff will be happy to assist you with scanning.
